Before some months I startet experiments in hacking the server (without bazaar, lauchnpad, just by creating a new folder in the addons folder etc). These experiments ended with integration of the basic ebay-shopping-api-search-function (One of my long scale project is using the shopping api, so I choose it for doing experiments).

So far I had a lot of fun. Now there are some customers that are intersted in ebay--trading-api (and other ecommerce platforms). So I started thinking about making my name in openERP by doing this ;-)

At present I startet studies in ebay trading api. Cause my idea is to have some kind of ecommerce-suite, I want to go on in studies of the amazon api to find a structure that can be reused for multiple apis. Idea is, that the user will configure ecommerceinterfaces once at one central point in the same way for all platforms.

What do you think about the approach and how can I find some help here in doing this ? I would preferre a free and community based development, so this can grow quickly and openERP becomes a usefull alternative for powersellers on various platforms. I think this could expand the openERP market, too.

Can you help with this problem?
