Polish tax rates in l10n_pl are not up to date in v7

Hello,
l10n_pl provides Polish taxes and accounts which are not up to date in the default basic instalation.
How to get version which is up to date? Or I'll make it on my own and send it to launchpad.

Current Polish tax rates: 23%, 8%, 5% and 0% and accounts for each rate.
