I found somebody who will be able to translate my first answer better...

For Ubuntu, I know that it doesn't exist at now this package, but I don't know if they 're working on it.

But as written on the page above (http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-med/dental.en.html), Debian is working actively for this package, and so you can ask for a merge (eventually backport) with Ubuntu.
