If you are experiencing an issue with the onboard keyboard not showing on a fresh install of the 64-bit PiOS image (version 20230503), it is recommended to report the bug directly to the Raspberry Pi team. They are responsible for developing and maintaining the PiOS image and will have the expertise to address this specific issue.
To report the bug, you can visit the official Raspberry Pi forums or their bug tracking system, depending on their preferred bug reporting method. On the forums, you can describe your issue in detail and provide relevant information, such as steps to reproduce the problem and any error messages you encountered. If the Raspberry Pi team provides a specific bug tracking system or issue tracker, you can submit a bug report there, following their guidelines for bug reporting.
By reporting the bug to the Raspberry Pi team, you will contribute to improving their software and potentially help other users who may encounter the same issue.
Before filing a bug report, it's always a good practice to check the official Raspberry Pi documentation or community forums for any troubleshooting steps or known issues related to the PiOS image. This way, you can ensure you have covered all the necessary steps and avoid duplicating an existing bug report.
I hope this helps, and I wish you success in resolving the issue with the onboard keyboard on your Raspberry Pi!

Here's the recommended process for reporting bugs related to Raspberry Pi operating systems:

Raspberry community: Start by checking the Raspberry Pi community forums, such as the official Raspberry Pi forums or other community platforms. Search for similar issues or topics to see if others have experienced the same problem and if there are any known solutions or workarounds.

Bug Tracker: If you couldn't find an existing solution or similar bug reports, visit the official Raspberry Pi bug tracker or the appropriate bug reporting system used by the Raspberry Pi team. Provide detailed information about the issue you're facing, including the specific operating system version, any error messages, and steps to reproduce the problem.

Include Relevant Details: When filing the bug report, include any relevant information that might help the developers understand and reproduce the issue. This could include the specific model of Raspberry Pi you're using, any additional hardware or peripherals connected, and any configuration changes you made during or after the installation process.

Follow Bug Reporting Guidelines: Make sure to follow any guidelines provided by the Raspberry Pi team for filing bug reports. This may include specific formatting or information requirements, such as log files or diagnostic output that can aid in troubleshooting the issue.
