How to enable auto-show with command line or config file ?

Asked by IxeYgrek

By default, when you activate onboard, the keyboard is always present, if you want it to appear only when you are in an input field, you have to activate the option "Automatic display while editing a text". I need to find out how to activate this option from the command line or via the configuration file.
After looking at the man page, I couldn't find anything about commands. After looking at this page: I did not find a configuration file where this option would be found.

If you have an idea, thank you in advance.

I found it by myself (I had looked at the previous questions on the subject and had well understood that it was managed via dconf but since there was no more explanation I thought it was a configuration file present in dconf.)

Anyway, after some research, here is the command to activate this option:

dconf write /org/onboard/auto-show/enabled true
