Right mouse click and touch screen

So I have the drop down application menu on raspbian (Bullseye), as 3 large icons. Audio, Bluetooth and WiFi. I've been trying to get a touch screen open up the right mouse options on the standard audio settings to direct audio to a device that you pair with Bluetooth. So I notice onboard has a mouse simulation option, this is good. and works well on a normal screen, however, because on a touch screen I have to touch the top to show the drop down applications menu, that' s my right click used up!
Is there a way to keep the right click simulation on for either longer for for 2 presses?
