Log in and screen lock onboard with custom options

In the log in and screen lock I want onboard with: expand to landscape screens, layout full keyboard and custom theme.
After the log in onboard is set with this options but how change them also for the log in?

I' m using lubuntu 18.04, i must use ldxe this tablet has only 1 gb of ram.
