mouse no response in Fedora 10 X-windows

Asked by lixiao on 2012-03-19

recently I was developing a multi-touch device. But at first an one-touch device was needed. So I wrote a mouse firmware.
The operation environment should be Fedora 10. So I tested in a Fedora 10.
The code I wrote was just a mouse, not including information about multi-touch. and it work well in Windows.
But when I pluged into Fedora 10. It worked well in the console interface where using command to operate. But when changed to X-Windows GUI, there were no responses. It just didn't work!
Is there anyone can help me ?

I solved the problem by modifying the HID descriptor.
