HP 2310ti - multitouch-support?

i have a HP 2310ti multitouch-monitor. after i installed utouch on ubuntu 10.10 i get only single touch functionality.
is this monitor not supportet for multitouch on utouch? could something wrong with my configuration? (i installed all utouch packages on ubuntu 10.10 desktop-edition)

Hey folks,

Sorry for the delays, but it's the time of year when engineers are forced to actually take the leave they haven't been using all the rest of the year. Most of the uTouch team will be in and out of the office until after the 3rd of Jan, 2011.

Also, for your information, this is the best place for stuff like FAQs, etc. The question above needs to actually be filed as a bug. The "Answers" section of Launchpad doesn't support the kinds of information we need to gather to help you with this. Also, the engineers watch the bugs much more than they watch the answers.

I've created a bug from this question and subscribed you both to it. Soon, the engineers will ask you to run commands or attach appropriate files so that they can examine how the system is responding to your hardware.
