The minimal requirements for installing the iHRIS Suite are Windows XP Service Pack 2. It appears that the error you are receiving is due to either out of date software on your computer or a misconfiguration in your computer rather than a problem particular to the iHRIS Suite. We have a few suggestions that will hopefully resolve the situation for you:

Click Start, Run and type:

    regsvr32 %systemroot%\system32\vbscript.dll

If the registration was successful, you should now see the following
message:

    DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded.

If the above step does not help, of if you receive an error message when registering the module vbscript.dll, then try installing *Windows Script 5.6* <http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c717d943-7e4b-4622-86eb-95a22b832caa&displaylang=en>. You will need to have a licensed and registered copy of Windows XP Service Pack 2 or greater in order to do so.

If you are running Windows XP SP2 and these steps do not solve the problem, we will be happy to assist you further in diagnosing the problem.
