Must request the client's OEM/ODM schedule

We need to ask the client for their ODM/OEM deadlines (when are they going to production, when their ODM needs certain things, etc). This will help us plan our project milestones properly and leave some contingency time for change orders and project risks (schedule slippage)

How do you want to do this? Put it into the POD as a task or add it to the already large startup checklist?
