vorbis not present in gst-plugins-base ?

When testing the Helloworld exemple from GStreamer documentation, i'm unable to retrieve vorbis related factories. Thought, they should be part of gstreamer-plugins-base ...

(anyway, i'll give a try compiling all the stuff by myself ;) )

I guess ext plugins are not built by default since they need other external dependencies.

Please start a new branch and add them if you like! :)
