rm.exe - Cygwin, UnxUtils?

I'm building most of the modules sucessfully, but when I try MSBuild clean I get an error message that 'rm' is not recognized as a command. I downloaded UnxUtils which provides rm.exe, but I feel like I'm missing something. I noticed sed is installed in OAH build\bin - should it be there?

Thats a bug! Should be rd /S /Q or del.

I'm using UnxTools and have usr/local/wbin in my PATH for the environment. This should not be a prerequisite, so as I said, it's a bug!

Can you help with this problem?
