Is it possible to build this driver for 32 bit arm (e.g. for a raspberry pi)

I'm trying to get a nextwindow 1950 screen linked up to a pi running 32bit Pi OS (based on Debian), can this be made to work on such a device?

There's is also a 64 bit version of the OS if that makes it easier, but still arm is the hurdle here right?
