Nuvola Apps Runtime (Nuvola Player)

How about minimizing to system tray.

This would not be default behavior as this project seem to be pretty unity involved. Or maybe it could by default try to recognize is DE unity or not. If is it will not minimize to tray if not it will not. Or something like that.

Actually, the only Unity-dependent feature is Unity Launcher Quick List. The window hiding is associated with sound indicator and not with Unity itself. The minimize to tray feature is a good tip, but won't be definitely enabled by default.
