OpenStack Compute (nova)

nova.conf setting in Offcial document

Hello, i had see Official document about network_api_class setting

in page 58 and page 76 , they are difference setting in Compute .
page 58 setting nova.network.neutronv2.api.API
and page 76 is nova.network.api.API .
then security_group_api change from neutron to nova .
why they setting is difference ?

sorry i know why , because it's two difference networking type , call Openstack Networking and legacy networking
