OpenStack Compute (nova)

nova.conf

In my nova.conf there is no line or parameter which says allow_same_net_traffic=FALSE or alloe_same_net_traffic=TRUE. Can I just add it ? And whatever I do not find in future which are actually supposed to be there ?

Hi Savana,

The default value of the flag is True, you can find the flag in nova.conf.sample (https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/etc/nova/nova.conf.sample#L1973)

The flags means "Whether to allow network traffic from same network", you can find more information from nova.conf.sample
