Location of rst documentation like how to configure the evacuate function for KVM on RHEL6.3 or RHEL6.4

 I have wrote some documentations of how to configrure some functions for KVM on RHEL .

These documents include concrete steps and commands like http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content/configuring-migrations.html

Does anyone know which project and which directory will include these rst documentations ?
