Why REST api response will return one instance detail, when launched multiple instances?

The REST APi when launched for multiple instance, it returns only one instance details..

for example i launch if i say launch 3 if it returns only 1.

how to get other two info in response? ?

i.e. this problem is tracked as 1075357 when that's fixed you will either see 3 instance details or it will not allow you to submit more than one one. it's a API question.
