OpenStack Compute (nova)

facing issues in nova folsom installation.

I have installed Nova, Keystone of folson-f2 series.
keystone is working fine( i have tested with curl commands).

But "nova list" command is returning an error"Invalid Openstack Credentials"
How can i create a project and a network and launch an instance with that network in folsom series.

Can anyone help me.
