APIs for Zone - was it ever implemented?

The following APIs (nova-python) APIs showed up in Diablo , but could not find it Folsom
zone, zone-add ,zone-boot,zone-delete,zone-info ,zone-list
Was it ever implemented ? if so , Is it obsolete in Folsom?

It has been replaced with Cells, which is slated for Folsom (I'm mostly sure).

Zones were removed from the final release of Essex, so certainly not in Folsom.
As Sandy said, cells is the replacement, hopefully landing before the end of Folsom.
