Unable To Lunch an instance

I have installed and ran crowbar using the following videos that Rob Posted

Installed OpenStack using crowbar barclamps everything seems ok all of the configurations seems to be in order but I am unable to lunch an instance
Created 4 nodes as shown 1 for crowbar admin and 3 to deploy openstack but I am unable to lunch any instances getting the following ( this is from nova-scheduler.log)

Thought it was a ram problem Increased ram to 4 GB on each compute node.
