OpenStack Compute (nova)

Instance Limit of 10

Hello All,

Recently i notice that there is a default limit of 10 instances per user. I can't seem to find a way to change this max. When I click LAUNCH under 'images' I see Instance Count(3) 7 available. Is this hard coded some place where I can increase this value.

you can change it by user an 'admin' account login to the dashboard,then you can modify the tenant's quota.

Thanks. I see the values, but they don't seem to be something I can edit in the browser. How do I update this? Is it located somewhere in the database?

I found the option for anyone looking at this post in the future:

admin->projects

find the user in question and select the drop down next to 'Edit Projects'

Choose "modify quotas'

edit and choose 'update quota'
