OpenStack Compute (nova)

Error With keyStone setup

hi ,

 Am using OpenStack Diablo release, and now trying to install KeyStone in it.I started with the link
http://docs.openstack.org/diablo/openstack-identity/admin/content/installing-openstack-identity-service.html

am getting the below error

 python setup.py install
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 22, in <module>
    from setuptools import setup, find_packages
ImportError: No module named setuptools

please help...
