new tenant via dashboard breaks admin account

Hi,
on a devstack-controller I added a new tenant via dashboard without creating users for it,
now admin can't log in anymore, dashboard message is:
"Error authenticating: Unauthorized on this tenant"
Can I fix this somehow on the database (keystone)?
