After upgrade to diablo, uec-publish-tarball fails

/After upgrading our system to diablo, i can no longer publish images. What could cause this?

uec-publish-tarball ubuntu-11.10-server-cloudimg-amd64.tar.gz images x86_64
Unable to run euca--describe-images. Is environment for euca- set up?

Note the extra "-" in the euca--describe-images

I ended up doing a complete reinstall from scratch. It's working now.

uec-publish-tarball is changed to cloud-publish-tarball in diablo.
