Queries on openstack instance & external iSCSI attachment

Hi All,

 I have a working openstack cloud which we want to test it further before rolling out for production environment. I have couple of queries which I couldn't find the answer for, hope you guys can shed some light whether they are possible, if yes how to accomplish.

1. Normally when an instance starts by default it gets a Private IP assigned, to connect to this instance from the LAN I have to manually do euca-associate address to assign Public IP to the instance. Is there a way I could assign both Public & Private IP to the instance by default as it boots.

2. To attach an external iSCSI from a filer what is the change I need to do in nova.conf or the existing setup.
