OpenStack Compute (nova)

On update, all terminated instances are visible in euca-describe-instances

I updated today while trying to track down a problem with nova-vncproxy and now all of the terminated instances are showing up when euca-describe-instances is run. Do I have something miss-configured or is this the expected behavior now?
