what does this order mean???

I am installing Nova on centos5.5,

when I execute this order, it occurs an error as follows:

bzr: ERROR: Connection error: Couldn't resolve host 'xmlrpc.edge.launchpad.net' (-3, 'Temporary failure in name resolution')

any suggestion???
