Why is the 0.9.12 download suddenly missing

0.9.12 was released as a bugfix release one month ago.
But why is the download for this version suddenly missing without any reason or announcement?

This 0.9.12 tarball was actually a snapshot which should probably have been named in another way. The real 0.9.12 tarball as just been uploaded. Sorry for this trouble, we will take the necessary steps to ensure this won't happen again.

Actually, Launchpad did not like us replacing the 0.9.12 tarball, so we bumped the version again. The latest bugfix release is 0.9.13.
