Notify OSD

Will there be an option to adjust the transparency levels?

Can we adjust the transparency level of the notification on mouse-over? The default value seems to be too low. (at-least thorough gconf, even if no gui is present for adjusting preferences of notify-osd)

As I'm not developing fro the notify-osd system, I can't answer this question. Though it should be good to create a blueprint for this. It can then be discusses by all developers and users.

There are no plans for customization of any sort of Notify-OSD. That's being discussed pretty heavily in the mailing list of Ayatana.

If there's no customization, at least there may be a fork due to many unhappy users. So I guess patience will tell.
