Can icon for Eject CD popup notification be changed?

I am using Ubuntu 11.10.

When I plug in a flash drive, the flash drive icon correctly shows in Unity's launcher and also in the notify popup when I eject the drive.

When I insert a CD-ROM (audio or data, doesn't matter) a CD icon correctly shows in Unity's launcher BUT when I eject the CD, the icon for notify shows as a flash drive type of icon instead of a CD icon.

Can the icon for ejecting a CD be changed to correctly show the type of media being ejected?
