How Can i Update To New Version of Noise

Currently i Have The NOISE Version 0.2.4 and Now i Want To Update it into The noise-0.3.1Version How Can i Do it ...?

Note* : i Have Tried To Install it Through The Package (noise-0.3.1.tgz) Downloaded From launchpad.net But im Little Confused on its Installation Process ...!

to help you in any way, we need to get a bit mor information on your setup:

- What OS are you running, and which version of it?
- How did you install the old noise version?

If you could provide these, we can help you with your problem.
