How do I import playlists

I have a number of playlists in m3u files. How do I import these into Noise?

On the left hand pane right click on playlists and choose Import Playlists.

this is not work for me. broke after import playlist on supported format. playlist's is stored on lib imported folder

This option doesn't appear for me. Why? Is it gone in Noise 2.4?

The options I see when I right-click on the left bar are: Rename, Remove and Export.
