Does this come with an explorer shell extension? If not would you plan to add it in an eventual update?

At this point, there are no plans to add a shell extension for Windows Explorer. I did look into adding such a feature at one point and quickly discovered that it would involve far more work than I was willing to invest. That being said, if someone wrote a shell extension, I would gladly include it in the next release.
