Full screen on a laptop

Asked by Zenpi314

What determines if you can go to full screen on a laptop?
I'm using a brand new laptop with a screen resolution of 1366x768. It runs windows 7.
I am not able to go to full screen mode and unfortunately, the program window is just too large to fit the whole screen in windowed mode so that I cannot even get to the menu button at the bottom of the window. Am I overlooking something. The help file says Press F11 for Full screen if possible. What does the 'if possible' mean? I'm running version 9.12.2
Thank you

Thank you for the quick response. But unfortunately, it did not solve it yet.
I tried modifying the config.ini file with no result.
Is it the config file in the main program file folder, or is it like Stellarium somewhere in the user folders?
If I change sky cultures in the program and set them as default, it is also not reflected in the config file I can find.
I must be looking at the wrong file. Sorry.
Any help would be appreciated.

The config.ini file to edit is in your nightshade program folder inside the config folder.

In the Windows program menu there should be an item under Nightshade to directly open the config file for editing.

Hi,

Yeah.

And for that Windows Se7en is making things really worse...

C:\Users\***put_your_user_name_here***\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Nightshade\config

Here it is for me!

Simple, isn't it?

Using a FIND query can be of a good help

Best regards,
