Newbie Mac OSX Mtn Lion Install - PLEASE HELP

Hello, I am a newbie to this sort of thing and I am trying to install this by following the instructions from files downloaded from Nightshade website. I have installed Macports and Xcode with no success. Here is the error I've gotten 10 times.
