The program doesn't work

Hello,
I'd installed the program in my computer, but when I open the program I only can see a black sreen, and the program doesn't work.
Any idea to help?

Platform? Hardware info? I also recommend you brows the existing bugs to see if anyone else has had a similar problem and how they may have solved it.
