Little triangle flickering/flashing

I installed nightshade 11.12.1 for Linux with Ubuntu 12.04 to run video with the same scripts of nightshade. I have no problem with the videos, but when I run nightshade, in the sky there’s always a little triangle that flickers (flashes). Is there anybody who can help me?
