Star Names

I have created a new sky_culture and copied all the files from 'western-color' into the new folder. After updating the info.ini file to the new name, I added many star names to the 'star_names.fab' file. The new star names show up great, but the bayer and flamsteed star designations have disappeared. I actually like it that way, but I do not understand why. The western-color folder seems to look at the file 'name.fab' in the data folder but my new folder does not.
What makes it look there (which command, in which file)?

This is a hard coded feature. The Bayer and Flamsteed names are only used with a sky culture beginning with "western".
