Install NFCPY in Windows

Hello,
I am trying to install NFC in Windows. I tried it on Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit and 64-bit Windows 10. I followed all the steps, first install python2.7, then install libusb1 PySerial pip, then WinUSB with zadig, then download libusb and copy the file to the system, and finally install pyUSB. And it shows me this error:
