Necessary configuration needed to disable L3 agent but keep DHCP agent, quantum network node

I would like to disable the L3 agent but keep the DHCP agent running on the network node. Quantum server is on a separate server (colocated on the nova controller). Can anyone point me to any documentation or maybe just list the configuration and files that would need to be changed on the quantum server, network node, and compute nodes?

Are you installing from the packages? If so, you can following the instructions here for setting up Quantum, you just dont have to install the l3 agent package.
