Does networking-ovn support loadbalancer or not ?

How to use LoadBalancer with OVN, I mean OpenStack OVN, Is there have a plan to achieve it ？ I know there have a table Load_Balancer in OVN northbound database, OVN have the feature support LB , Is this can be used for OpenStack? Is there have a plan in networking-ovn?
