Neutron Tag extension support in networking ovn

Asked by Anuj Gupta

As mentioned in https://docs.openstack.org/networking-ovn/ocata/features.html,
neutron tag API extension is supported in OVN.

Can someone please elaborate how can I see a tag that I associated to a neutron network to show up in the OVN databases ?

I created a neutron network, then added a tag to the network resource. I see the corresponding logical switch created in OVN northdb.
However, when I view the logical switch entry details in northdb, I don't see the "tag" that I added to neutron network.
I see the following fields only for this logical switch entry -

_uuid : 591528f6-d7a9-4bf6-899e-a7b6f12315a3
acls : []
external_ids : {"neutron:network_name"=test_network}
load_balancer : []
name : "neutron-a979f68e-db10-456a-bfc5-842b70ec1da1"
other_config : {}
ports : []
qos_rules : []
