why the message that driver sends to onos without segmentationId in update nework operation

Hi ALL

there was a problem make me confusing, I'm contributing router/port/network admin_status up/down to sona in onos, I foud that the message that driver sends to onos without segmentationId,network type,mtu in update nework operation, in addition, the mtu also is wrong in updating message(it's should be 1450 in vxlan network type, but actually it's 1500 in updating message), I'm wondering if it does this on purpose, or it is a bug, because this will cause update operation problem. anyone can help me out here?
