Unable to install Media Hint in Netflix Desktop

Hi!
I'm having a problem with installing media hint in netflix desktop. When searching for media hint, it won't show up in add-ons. This is because the firefox version is too old for using the current media hint version? I have tried to upgrade firefox in ND and was successful with installing media hint, but then i was having problems with silverlight, as it would ask me to constantly install silverlight over and over again, resulting in no access to videos.

Is it possible to install any add-on or program so that it would be possible to access blocked content overseas? Media Hint seems like the best add-on. Couldn't get Hola! to work.

Unfortunately, unless you can get an old version of the plugin that is meant for Firefox 18 then you are out of luck for now. The newer versions of Firefox force a Silverlight upgrade to version 5.x, which I have not had time to get working and I probably will not have time for a while. You might try downloading the add-on manually and editing the compatibility file to see if it will still work with this older version of Firefox, but the easiest way would be to see if the add-on provider will give you an old version.
