Video resolution blurry

I have Netflix working in Ubuntu 13.04 (per your instructions, Thank You!). But, the video resolution goes from HD to blurry, back and forth, but mostly blurry. What can I do to sharpen the image? (Viewing on a full HD monitor)

Looks the problem is resolved. I had installed Ubuntu as dual-boot with Windows Vista. Silverlight had not yet been installed on the Windows side, so I installed it and checked out Netflix -- resolution was just fine. Switched back to the Ubuntu side and the resolution issues are gone.
