wineboot option?

Asked by JMRice

So I have noticed that after I run Netflix-Desktop a few times that all of a sudden all the video and audio will play in fast-forward mode. Only way to fix is to reboot my machine. I am assuming I could just clear the cache but I do not know how. Is there any way to add a wineboot option to fake a reboot inside wine, and hopefully that would clear things up.

Usually this problem can be resolved by restarting PulseAudio (pulseaudio -k). "Restarting" Wine does not seem to fix the problem, but you can generally restart Wine by running "wineserver -k". To use the version of Wine installed with netflix-desktop you would run:
/opt/wine-compholio/bin/wineserver -k

Can you help with this problem?
