Is Open GL relally needed?

Hi guys, I run netflix-desktop on my main PC and on my Laptop. Laptop is nearly unusable, because OpenGL does not work with the video driver (Intels GMA500 Problem)

Yes, unfortunately OpenGL is needed to process Direct3D requests (which Silverlight uses to render the window).

Can you help with this problem?
