Modify "quit" menu

I have a question about customizing the Quit Session window. I would like, for my limited guest account, to reduce the number of choices presented. Specifically, I would really like it if I could ONLY give them the choice of logging out. Where would I go to modify this, and is it a per-user customization.

I would like to make mine more narrow. Plus the Icon for quitting looks like the AOL man on my main login, but Guest has a standard red Shut Down icon.

Can you help with this problem?
